Balcones Texas Rye 100 Proof is a whiskey American with a strong identity due to the distillery of origin, Balcones, and for the recipe of the mixture of cereals used for the mash bill, i.e. 100% rye, in honor of the ancient tradition and to give maximum prominence to this specific type of whiskey. Balcones is still an artisan distillery with a painstaking level of control over each step in distillation and procurement, being able to take advantage of a fair number of high-level local suppliers. In addition to this, the still small size can allow Balcones to test and experiment in each step, always trying to perfect the distillation.

The types of rye used are Elbon from Texas and the classic Crystal, Chocolate and Roasted Rye, with bottling at 50 degrees of alcohol to maintain part of the vehemence and intensity of the whiskey. A nice way to toast the United States.
