Bellevoye Blanc is a whisky French new concept, created by Jean Moueix (coming from the dynasty that owns Petrus) and Alexander Sirech with the common goal of giving voice to the producing regions of whisky of France. The brand therefore does not translate into the canonical construction of a distillery in which to produce whisky, but with the creation of a brand with which to market whisky selected and created starting from whisky selected throughout France. Basically Bellevoye looks for and selects casks of whisky of other distilleries, combining them and sometimes refining them in new casks in their own warehouses to achieve the goal that Jean and Alexander set themselves with that precise whisky.

Bellevoye Blanc is a whisky coming from three different distilleries located in three areas of France: the barrels were selected by Bellevoye and subsequently the whisky it underwent a final phase of aging in barrels which previously contained Sauternes, which is the most famous sweet wine in France and probably in the world. A unique example in the world: a unique experience.

TASTE: Spicy and floral, with the sweetness of fruit arriving later, leaving a long persistence of spices and dried fruit.

AGING: French oak barrels and ex Sauternes barrels.
