Benriach Smoke Season is a whisky Scottish from the Speyside area with the important characteristic of being very peaty. Usually i whisky of Speyside are not very peaty, indeed almost not at all, but leafing through the archives of the distillery they found traces of an important release of whisky peat dating back to 50/60 years ago, allowing the distillery to dedicate a small part of the year to this practice, creating this whisky in the Small Batch version, that is by collecting the few barrels that are filled in this moment precisely baptized Smoky Season. Benriach Smoke Season is therefore the whisky most peated ever released by Benriach, a distillery that is being profoundly renewed not only in the packaging but in the internal structure, to guarantee a whisky always better to the lovers of this distillery.
