The boys of Whisky Easy propose reviews of whisky for over ten years and, after putting their noses on thousands of products produced by others, they thought of taking the plunge and giving friends and enthusiasts a series of bottlings with their name on the label. The choice fell on a very special cask of Caol Ila, a legendary distillery on the island of Islay that offers many independent bottlings, but in this case the choice fell on a particular refinement in a single barrel which previously contained Sherry, a detail that does not happen often to cross when it comes to Caol Ila. Limited edition and cask strength, without dilution.
