BOTTLE NOT CARTONED 700ml
Chairman's Reserve Eco Series N.1 is the limited edition of Chairman's Reserve rum. A true masterpiece, an assembly of rums aged in different stills, and then aged in ex Bourbon American oak barrels. After spending a period of maturation in these barrels, the blends are then assembled and left to rest for six months in oak barrels. In all this process takes approximately 5 years.
The final result has become the outstanding rum of the Saint Lucia distillery, therefore known for its delicacy, excellent quality and for its harmonic aromatic notes.
With this limited edition of Chairman's Reserve Rum we celebrate the beauty and rarity of the Saint Lucia parrot. Thanks to the painting by the artist Daniel Jean Baptiste, we can admire the rare, almost extinct parrot in the faithful reproduction on the packaging. There are about two thousand specimens and with the sale of each bottle, the proceeds will be donated to the study and protection of this species so that future generations can enjoy the glory and majesty of the only parrot of Saint Lucia.
TASTE: Rich with hints of cooked banana, caramelized fruit and vanilla. Very balanced with further expressions reminiscent of chocolate, raisins and light spices conferred by the wood of the barrels.
