Whisky Copper Dog Speyside Blended Malt
BOTTLE NOT CARTONED 700ml
Copper Dog was conceived by entrepreneur Pier Adams in 2014 inspired by the legendary stories of The Craigellachie Hotel and its historic Pub. The name Copper Dog derives from the utensil that the distillery workers used to take away a shot of whisky; the instrument consisted of a small copper tube closed on one side with a penny and on the other with a cork.
The Blended Malt is produced through a mixture of whisky Scottish malt made with eight single malts from the Speyside region.
TASTE: The caramelized apple is found on the palate with spices, while the soft notes of oak are combined with vanilla. The finish is long and soft.
AGING: American oak barrels ex Bourbon and European oak barrels ex Sherry.
