With the range of Cù Bòcan Creation products, the Tomatin distillery intends to explore the possibilities that maturation with less traditional barrels offers. Using a variety of lightly peated barley they produce their own whisky during just one week a year in winter.

Creation # 2 is the second expression of the experimental series; for this release the distillery has selected a mix of Japanese Shochu barrels and European virgin oak barrels. It is bottled without age declaration, at an alcohol content of 46% vol. without cold filtration or addition of dyes.

TASTE: Rich and slightly peaty, with an ethereal character with notes of pear and lime, together with dried fruit and spicy notes.

AGING: Japanese ex Shochu barrels and virgin European oak barrels.
