BOTTLE NOT CARTONED 500ml
Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky which comes from the Bunnahabhain distillery, born from a marriage of casks whisky peated distilled between 2013 and 2015 and aged for 5 to 7 years in a combination of American oak and ex Sherry casks, until Elixir Distillers decided to bottle it independently for the Elements of Islay brand at the full 58.4 ABV % vol. Only 1896 bottles of this peated Bunnahabhain produced, bearing the signature of Oliver Chilton responsible for managing the cask inventory for Elixir Distillers and the selection and release of Elements of Islay.
TASTE: Notes of smoked paprika and cumin are combined in a sour sweetness, with pepper and crunchy ginger biscuits. In the finish aged leather, raw cocoa and butter biscuits.
AGING: American oak barrels and ex Sherry oak barrels.
