Elements of Islay is a brand born in 2016 thanks to the independent bottler Elixir Distillers. Through the Elements of Islay product range, the company selects only the best single malts from Islay to present unforgettable blended and single malts to the public.

This single malt distilled in 2011 in the Bruichladdich distillery and selected by Elixir Distillers, is bottled after more than 7 years of aging at the natural alcohol content of 55.3% vol. Only 1.163 bottles were made from the three barrels chosen for this expression. As with other releases, this Port Charlotte also bears the signature of Oliver Chilton, responsible for managing the barrel inventory for Elixir Distillers and for the selection and release of Elements of Islay.

TASTE: Brackish and smoky notes combine with almond and olive oil, then the warmth of spices such as cinnamon and cloves.

AGING: American ex Bourbon oak barrels.
