Filey Bay Second Release is the second edition of this whisky English produced by the new Spirit of Yorkshire distillery which, together with other colleagues on the British territory, is making its way into the world of the noble distillate, so far remained mainly in Scottish and Irish hands. For some years, also given the great thirst for whisky of quality that is spreading all over the world, several private individuals have decided to launch themselves into the production of whisky high level, including the owners of Spirit of Yorkshire, a distillery located in the area from which it takes its name and with the very simple philosophy of following every step of the production, from the raw materials to the finished product in the glass, thus giving the consumer a controlled and certified product at most. For this second edition the recipe is very simple, that is a mix of ex Bourbon casks with an ex Sherry cask for a total of only 6000 bottles worldwide.

TASTE: Fruity and spicy, candied fruit and citrus, vanilla and cereals.

AGING: American oak ex Bourbon barrels and European oak ex Sherry barrels.
