Whisky Finlaggan Eilean Mor
700ml BOTTLE
Finlaggan Eilean Mor is not a whisky like the others: in fact, Finlaggan is not a real distillery but a fantasy name behind which a distillery on the island of Islay is hidden but, in reality, only the producers know the secret. The island of Islay is populated by a dozen of the best known distilleries in the world, with important and historic names to say the least: the island is known throughout the world for its whisky peated but also for some non-peated delights. In this case, Finlaggan Eilean Mor presents the wilder and more peated side of the island and takes its name from the place where the castle of the lords of the islands, Clan Donald, once stood. A mystery as difficult to discover as it is delicious to taste.
TASTE: intense, spicy and saline, peat, bacon and citrus notes
AGING: in oak barrels
