ADDITIONAL DETAILS ABOUT WHISKY FINLAGGAN OLD RESERVE
Il whisky of Finlaggan speaks the language of pride and perfectly explains the unique characteristics of the whisky of Islay, the small island between the Atlantic Ocean and the main island of Scotland that has been teaching the school for centuries whisky peated. The various souls of Islay have in common the will never to compromise, being able to count on an environment practically identical to itself for at least three centuries and on the legacy that history has handed over to the island's distilleries.
Passing through generations of distillers, first illegal and only from the beginning of the XNUMXth century with plants recognized by the motherland England, today Islay is a word that evokes marvelous landscapes topped off with immaculate beaches, rolling hills and breathtaking bays. Finlaggan does not intend to invent anything, being able to count on this background on which to base his creations: the whisky of Finlaggan in all its forms is only the best part of Islay, or rather the pride, the peat, the maritime and coastal touch, the deepest and most elegant component linked to the careful distillation and the long refinements, years and years in the splendid warehouses of the island, so isolated and so charming.
