GlenDronach Cask Strength Batch 9 is the XNUMXth edition for a whisky which since its first appearance has given enthusiasts a nice trip to this distillery, one of the most interesting to explore from an organoleptic point of view. Despite being in the Speyside area for a few meters, Glendronach prefers to leave the Highland denomination on the label, and the new Brown Foreman property has decided to maintain this peculiarity. The whisky of Glendronach is known for the traditional style used in the refinement, preferring casks that previously contained sherry of various types, i.e. bulkier casks and also more expensive to buy, but which guarantee a unique organoleptic profile of rare charm. This GlenDronach Cask Strength Batch 9 is a selection of different Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso ex sherry casks with the plus of the original gradation to give three-dimensionality to a gem not to be missed with each new release.

TASTE: intense, spicy, almost hot, of red fruit, dried fruit and cocoa powder

AGING: in ex sherry oak casks
