TASTE: The initial sweetness reminiscent of biscuits then gives way to a drier soul. The strongly malty character contrasts with the subtle fruity aroma of the grape. The finish is very long, dry, of oak. Light notes of pepper add a spicy taste. Subsequently, hints of cane sugar soften the whole.
AGING: American oak barrels and ex Sherry Amontillado barrels.
