The bottle we are talking about is a unique piece, coming from one of the most famous and glorious distilleries in the history of whisky scottish i.e. Highland Park, Orkney distillery based in Kirkwall responsible for a huge number of whisky, some of which have become legendary for their superfine quality. This whisky in particular it has a rather prolonged aging of 14 years spent in an American oak barrel and belongs to the Dimensions series by Duncan Taylor, one of the most esteemed independent bottlers in Scotland, founded in 1938 in Glasgow.

Duncan Taylor's goal is to select whisky unique and peculiar to be put on the market often as a single cask, i.e. without joining several casks as happens in most cases. The Dimensions series features all dimensions of the whisky Scottish, with a wide and in-depth selection of the best casks around.

TASTE: Intense, smoky and spicy, with black pepper ruling over ripe yellow fruit and dried fruit.

AGING: American oak barrels.
