CARTONED BOTTLE 700ml - Highland Park 21 Year Old November 2019 Release is Single Malt Scotch Whisky which was extracted from 26 casks, of three types: ex sherry first-fill, ex Bourbon and refill casks. The whisky the resulting is full of toasty oak, spice and tropical fruit with that signature Highland Park smoke. Whisky Highland Park 21 Year Old November 2019 Release
700ml BOTTLE
This Single Malt Scotch Whisky, released in November of 2019 by Highland Park, ages 21 years. To create a whisky with a unique flavor, three types of barrels are used for maturation: 9 first-fill European oak barrels ex Sherry, 8 ex Bourbon barrels and 9 refill barrels. While the warm spices and rich nutty aromas of the ex-Sherry casks mingle with the exotic fruit notes of the Bourbon casks, the softer influence of the refill casks completes the harmony.
TASTE: Notes of pineapple, ripe mango, pears, sultanas, dried exotic fruits, spices and a hint of aromatic peat smoke.
AGING: First-fill barrels of European oak ex Sherry, American barrels ex Bourbon and refill barrels.
