This Single Malt Scotch Whisky, was born from the union of three important Whisky Highland Park House Makers: Gordon Motion, Max McFarlane and John Ramsay. The three experts wanted to focus on the influence that the wood and the aging of the barrels give to the character and flavor of the whisky; have used ex European and American oak first-fill Sherry, ex first-fill Bourbon and hogshead casks, with a limited number of refill casks to add smoothness to the whisky.

TASTE: Hints of Seville oranges, sultanas, sweet apricots, heather honey, crushed coriander seeds and aromatic peat smoke.

AGING: First-fill barrels of European and American oak ex Sherry, American barrels ex Bourbon and refill barrels.
