House Malt represents a splendid introduction to Single Malt, thanks to a unique selection carried out by Wilson & Morgan, a company which – although the name might suggest foreign ownership – is firmly in the hands of Fabio Rossi, owner and distributor of whisky and wine in Italy.

Fabio Rossi is a person of great knowledge and above all experience in the field, thus having the possibility of buying and maturing on his own barrels of whisky purchased directly from the distilleries: this House Malt is the whisky input of the selection of Wilson & Morgan and represents a whisky young but not too simple for this, but rather with the right characteristics to be appreciated even by expert connoisseurs. The recipe calls for whisky of a few years of aging from Islay, the homeland of whisky peaty, with the medicinal, iodized, peaty and spicy character in the foreground. The aging lasts about four years in oak barrels before Fabio and his team decide to bottle this one whisky and distribute it to the whole world, especially Italy.

TASTE: Dense and smoky, intense on peaty and spicy notes, of salt and iodine with the addition of citrus notes.
