James Eadie Dailuaine 10 Year Old is a small and delicious selection by James Eadie - independent bottler - who has chosen two casks from the Dailuaine distillery and combined them to create a whisky one of a kind and therefore even more rare. The task of independent bottlers is to select whisky from various distilleries according to one's taste and, in this case, giving voice to a distillery that is not very well known but has a very high quality level. Dailuaine indeed produces whisky of malt mostly intended for various blended whisky and there are few official labels: the beauty of independent bottling lies precisely in being able to taste the facets of a complex and rare malt, plus the quality of the selection of those who have been doing this work for over 150 years. The two selected barrels gave birth to only 754 bottles of whisky.

TASTE: elegant and deep with notes of wood, vanilla, custard and citrus.
