James Eadie Linkwood 11 Year Old is a whisky special, the result of patient waiting for over eleven years and coming from a single cask, as often happens when independent bottlers take the field. James Eadie was a Scottish brewer who died in 1904 and, as is often the case in Scotland, the Eadie family also had their own secret blended recipe whiskyrecipe handed down for generations. Today the myth and tradition of James Eadie come back to life thanks to a distant nephew responsible for having taken over the family legacy and shaped it according to the times, or rather by selecting and marketing whisky according to your taste and experience. This James Eadie Linkwood 11 Year Old is a whisky aged for eleven long years in a single ex bourbon re-charred barrel, i.e. recarbonized to be more active. The strength has been kept unchanged to give the possibility to fully enjoy this little boy.

TASTE: spicy and warm, with yellow fruit, vanilla, salted butter and white spices in the long finish
