In this case James Eadie's selection fell on Teaninich, a Scottish distillery in the Highlands area with an excellent level especially in private selections.

Il whisky of this single cask has spent 20 months of final aging in European oak casks that previously held palo cortado sherry, to add even more flavors and aromas to a whisky unique, moreover maintained at cask strength.
