Jameson
Jameson Distillery continues to produce the Irish whiskey using brewing techniques devised by founder John Jameson in the 1780s and having survived two world wars, an Irish Civil War and American Prohibition it is one of Ireland's most highly regarded distilleries.
Their products are the result of a blend of rich whiskey pot still with malted and unmalted barley, and of the best whiskey of cereals, distilled three times, to obtain their typical softness.
The Jameson Distillery is located in Southern Ireland, in Dublin. The barley used grows in a 160 mile radius around Midleton, the water comes from the River Dungourney and flows alongside the distillery, while the GMO corn comes from the south of France.
Il whiskey, fruit of the Jameson distillery thus obtained, will age in barrels that come from the United States and Spain, ex Bourbon and ex Sherry barrels.
