As always, even in the case of Johnnie Walker Sweet Peat, the exact identity of the whisky that make up this bottle, apart from the heart which comes from Caol Ila, a well-known distillery on the Scottish island of Islay, the homeland of whisky peated and smoked. To give the exact meaning of the name used, Sweet Peat, the peated part that already emerges on the nose is evident, combined with a discreet gentleness that comes from the aging in oak barrels that previously contained American Bourbon, a way of refining the deep peat character.
