Kilchoman Fino Sherry Matured 2020 Edition is a special and one of a kind edition, going to deliver a malt aged entirely in casks that have previously held Spanish sherry. Kilchoman is a small distillery on the island of Islay, the homeland of whisky Scottish peaty, which has managed to impose itself on the attention of drinkers of whisky from all over the world thanks to a purely agricultural approach, with certified raw materials and often coming from the company's properties, with the added touch of manual skill and personality. THE whisky of Kilchoman are often unpeated and with distinct differences from the others whisky of Islay: in this case the differences are even more sustained with the presence of an important aging in unusual barrels but used in the first part of the twentieth century and in ancient times as the only barrels available at the time and which today have a decidedly greater.
