Whisky Koval Single Barrel Rye
BOTTLE NOT CARTONED 500ml
Kovale Rye is a whiskey American made in small batches with a 100% rye mash-bill. The quality of the organic rye gives Koval Single Barrel Rye a surprising freshness, also due to the selection of the "heart" of the distillate. The maturation in small new and carbonized barrels gives aromas of caramel, licorice and mint, while the very high quality of rye gives not only spicy notes, but also fresh, floral and citrus aromas, differentiating this Rye from other expressions on the market. This whiskey it comes from a single cask and is bottled at an alcohol content of 40% vol without cold filtration.
TASTE: Fresh and light, with soft and slightly sweet notes of maple and candied corn; spicy finish.
AGING: New charred American oak barrels.
