UNBOXED BOTTLE 700ml - Introduced in 2018 Lambay Whiskey Small Batch Blend, is a blend of Single Grain and Single Malt Lambay, made by an undeclared distillery, matured in ex Bourbon casks and finished in ex Cognac casks on the island of Lambay. The whiskey has no age indication.

Whisky Lambay Whiskey Small Batch Blend


BOTTLE NOT CARTONED 700ml

Blended Irish Whiskey composed by Grain Whisky and Lambay Single Malt, brewed in small batches for Lambay Whiskey through a triple distillation; it is subsequently matured on the island of Lambay in ex Bourbon barrels to then be refined in French oak barrels which have contained Camus Cognac. The volcanic water that flows from Lambay's Trinity Well is added in the final finishing phase before being bottled at an alcohol content of 40% vol.

TASTE: Notes of almonds, pepper with floral scents; in the spicy finish with persistent sweetness.

AGING: American oak barrels ex Bourbon and barrels ex Cognac.
