Oaks & Âmes Mauritius White Rum is a white rum produced from the first pressing of sugar cane. The Republic of Mauritius boasts of multiple sugar cane crops. This distillate is an authentic rum that belongs to the Oaks & Âmes range, and is the distillery's only unaged product. To have such a persistent aromatic baggage, the company preserves the raw material so as to preserve the freshness and the naturally aromatic character. The extracted juice is put to ferment quickly for 10/14 days and kept at a controlled temperature, then it is distilled in copper stills.

Once ready it is bottled without aging. Perfect for mixing in long drinks or punch.
