For the 2020 vintage, pure Sauvignon Blanc was used. The grapes were harvested manually and subjected to soft pressing to preserve their aromatic integrity. The alcoholic fermentation was carried out in wood and was followed by refinement on the lees with periodic bâtonnage. The wine was left to mature for 10 months and then another 2 months in steel tanks. Before bottling it, the different types of wine were blended and clarified. Finally, the wine was left in the bottle for another 6 months before being put on sale.
