Peat's Beast Batch Strength Pedro Ximenez Limited Edition is a special edition for this Scottish single malt with various peculiarities. The distillery of origin is not known and therefore the recipe is kept secret, so much so that not even importers from all over the world know its origin. It is only known that this whisky comes from the wildest Scotland, where a menacing monster still roams the moors and peat bogs, proving its strength and threatening the inhabitants. Now this monster seems to have calmed down and this line has been created to give it an appreciable face whisky: Peat's Beast Batch Strength Pedro Ximenez Limited Edition is a whisky in limited edition with a rather important peat and an aging that ends in casks that previously contained Pedro Ximenez sherry, all at cask strength, i.e. without dilution with water.

TASTE: peat and smoky, of black pepper and salt, red fruits and burnt wood
