Respecting the practice of the early 100th century, Port Askaig 100° Proof is bottled according to the Imperial 57,1 proof (today corresponding to XNUMX% Vol.). Each expression within the range, from the youngest to the most mature bottlings, is selected in limited batches whisky they are all non-chillfiltered and in no case is any coloring substance added.
TASTE: Peat and salted caramel, herbaceous notes that intertwine with a hint of sweetness; in the final star anise and smoke.
AGING: American oak barrels.
