Rest & Be Thankful Tormore 1995 Bourbon Cask is a whisky selected and bottled by Rest & Be Thankful, a recent independent bottler who started off on the right foot, selecting whisky from lesser-known distilleries and therefore being able to research the effective superior quality that these bottles should have. Rest & Be Thankful Tormore 1995 Bourbon Cask was distilled at the Tormore distillery in 1995 and spent a good 22 years - until 2017 - in a single cask that previously contained bourbon, number 20100. The strength has been kept the same same as the barrel and the number of bottles is rightly limited. Tormore is certainly not one of the first distilleries to come to mind when talking about whisky Scottish, but has been able to carve out a space among enthusiasts thanks to the consistently high quality and uncompromising flavor that one would expect from a Speyside distillery.
