The Ryoma Rhum Japonais rum from Kochi, the southernmost island of Japan, boasts of an indisputable quality. A rum therefore produced with local raw materials actually produced by the distillery itself which wants to follow the entire production process, from the cultivation and harvesting of sugar cane to the distillation of rum. A predominantly young, amber rum which is aged for 7 long years in Japanese white oak barrels.

Kikusui Distillery thus manages to create a unique rum of its kind, even if produced from pure sugar cane juice they manage to balance the aroma making it soft. 

TASTE: Delicate and fresh. Clear notes of ginger, fresh coconut and citrus.
