Speybridge 2011 Sherry Oloroso Finish Wilson & Morgan is a whisky particular selected by the independent Italian bottler Wilson & Morgan with a mystery surrounding it: Speybridge is in fact a fantasy name as the distillery of origin is not specified and it is up to the taster to try to guess its origin. Keeping the mystery aside for a moment, this whisky it is aged for nine years in ex-bourbon oak casks before a passage of over a year in a single cask which has previously contained Oloroso sherry. Wilson & Morgan operates in the whisky for many years and has an unassailable reputation, thanks to the quality of whisky proposed which is always high.

TASTE:  Enveloping and persuasive with spices, leather, wood and ripe fruit
