The GlenAllachie 13 Year Old Rioja Wine Cask is a whisky particular proposed by the Glenallachie distillery with the peculiarity of a final refinement in barrels that previously contained red wine from the Spanish region of Rioja. The Wine Series proposed starting from 2021 is a further piece of experimentation for Glenallachie, thanks to peculiar refinements: after spending 11 years in ex bourbon barrels, considered traditional, a further two years of refinement takes place in ex Rioja oak barrels , the famous Spanish red wine, to celebrate a marriage between two production areas of absolute excellence. A whisky peculiar that can satisfy the thirst for research of all enthusiasts in the world, thanks to the company's technical prowess.
