The Glenlivet Nàdurra Peated Cask Finish is a Single Malt from Speyside which embodies the purest expression of The Glenlivet, being bottled as Cask Strength without using cold filtration, or the addition of dyes. This expression is aged in barrels that previously held whisky heavily peaty Scotch, lending a slightly smoky edge to the smooth, fruity character that The Glenlivet is known for.
The name of the range Nàdurra derives from the Gaelic and means "natural". It is bottled at an alcohol content of 61.8% vol with no indication of age.
TASTE: Notes of citrus jam, toffee, creamy vanilla and toasted smoke; long and complex finish with subtle smoke.
AGING: American oak ex Bourbon first-fill casks and casks they contained whisky peated.
