CARTONED BOTTLE 700ml - Douglas Laing is inspired by the poem "To a Mouse" by Robert Burns, to name his creation: the Timorous Beastie. For this expression, it is aged for 10 years in ex Bourbon barrels, using a blend of distillates from the best distilleries in the Scottish Highlands. 700ml BOTTLE
Blended Malt Scotch Whisky born from an assembly of the best single malts from various distilleries located in the Highlands (Blair Athol, Glen Garioch, Dalmore and Glengoyne). This blended is aged for 10 years in ex Bourbon barrels and is produced in small batches, bottled at the alcohol content of 46.8% vol without cold filtration and the addition of colourings.
TASTE: Dried apples, custard, honey and cereals with milk; persistent finish with juicy apricot, candied citrus and hints of spices.
AGING: American ex Bourbon oak barrels.
