Vaca Mora Bitter Poli
BOTTLE NOT CARTONED 700ml
A curious story revolves around this bitter. With the creation of a railway link between northern Vicenza and southern Vicenza, a great entrepreneur named GioBatta thought of creating a refreshment and waiting point for travellers. He opened the Osteria al Cappello near Schiavon, where he sold foodstuffs, wine and straw hats. The steam train that passed by was called Vaca Mora, it is from here that Giobatta took the cue for the name of his intriguing bittering liqueur.
While people were waiting for the Vaca Mora, they could sip the Vaca Mora! Prepared by infusing herbs, fruit peels and roots. A balsamic taste with digestive properties. A bitter, unique liqueur that can be sipped pure or with ice and garnished with a nice slice of orange. Vaca Mora can also be mixed to create particular and innovative cocktails tested by mixologists, which are drawn up in the small leaflet tied on the bottle.
