Tobermory 12 Year Old

Tobermory 12 Year Old is a whisky coming from the Isle of Mull, from Tobermory, which is the only distillery on the island. Tobermory is also one of Scotland's oldest distilleries, having been founded way back in 1798 by John Sinclair. Since then the story has passed both inside the distillery and above all outside, but the indomitable and island spirit of the distillate that finally arrives in our glasses has remained: Tobermory presents an island malt, proud and slightly saline without however making use of peat, an element that comes with the Ledai line. Tobermory 12 Year Old is the first bottling of the new direction of the distillery, today part of an important conglomerate which has preferred to modernize the plant with extensive works and which has also worked on the packaging and on the mission of the distillery, i.e. the transmission of the unique character of this distillate. Tobermory 12 Year Old ages for 12 years in a mix of barrels.
