700ml BOTTLE
Tomatin 12 Year Old Italian Collection Amarone Cask is the second bottling for this series that the Tomatin distillery has dedicated to Italian wines, using some peculiar barrels in the final phase to give unique and evocative notes to its whisky. Tomatin has a privileged relationship with Italy and the presence of particularly suitable and unique wine-growing areas gave rise to this Italian Collection: a tribute and a marriage between Scotland and Italy. This Tomatin 12 Year Old Italian Collection Amarone Cask is nothing if not a whisky distilled in 2010 and aged for ten years in the canonical ex-bourbon oak barrels, before a two-year passage in barrels that previously contained Venetian Amarone wine, the favorite son of Valpolicella. An extraordinary sensorial journey for a collection of labels to try and be enchanted by.
