Tullibardine 25 Year Old is a whisky from the long aging coming from the Highlands: today it is increasingly rare for distilleries to commit resources to refine the whisky for over twenty years, being able to count on an ever-increasing demand for the product and bringing the Scottish stocks to a drastic reduction in age. Being able to have a stock of barrels over twenty years old is one of the trump cards of Tullibardine, a distillery founded in 1949 and remained inactive for a long time, until 2003 and then 2011 when it was acquired by the French Picard family which sanctioned its rebirth. Today Tullibardine is entering the market with whisky increasingly interesting and, at times, with prolonged refinements: as in this case with a good twenty-five years of age behind them.
