BOTTLE NOT CARTONED 700ml
Single Malt Irish Whiskey produced by West Cork for their limited release "Cask Collection". This particular expression then ages in ex Sherry Bodegas Baron casks, from Sanlucàr de Barrameda, a small Andalusian town near Cadiz, which The they give the typical notes of fig and dried plums, with a spicy, persuasive finish.
TASTE: Sweet at the beginning with hints of prunes, figs, sherry and hints of vanilla; dry finish with some spices present.
AGING: First-fill American ex Bourbon oak barrels and barrels that contained Sherry Bodegas Baron.
