Arran Quarter Cask The Bothy is one of the bottles that make up the Arran core range, recently renewed in form and substance to the delight of the many enthusiasts and fans of the Isle of Arran distillery which, since its foundation in 1992, has been reaping acclaim in every corner of the world. Arran's formula is very simple: hard work and painstaking choice of raw materials, going to select in particular the most significant barrels to refine the wines for many years whisky which are then put on the market after careful selection of the most suitable barrels in order to amaze and satisfy.

Arran Quarter Cask The Bothy is a whisky of Arran unpeated and aged for a first part in American oak barrels which previously contained American bourbon before a final period of a couple of years in American oak barrels but smaller in size, i.e. 125 liters against the 250 of the standard barrels. To favor the expressiveness this whisky it is offered at an important alcohol content of over 50 degrees.

TASTE: intense and with vanilla, caramel, spices and floral notes

AGING: in oak barrels and finish in Quarter Cask oak barrels
