Whisky Balcony Baby Blue Corn

This Baby Blue is a corn whiskey, Or a whiskey distilled from a raw material of cereals having mostly corn, with the specification that allows the use of at least 80% of the total. In addition to this, Balcones uses a particular type of corn, namely blue corn, from Central America and grown in Mexico. Undeclared aging in oak barrels.
Balcones is a recent distillery, founded in 2008 in a small mechanical workshop in Waco, Texas, and quickly expanded its production even with huge investments. Despite advancing in the world of whiskey, Balcones has maintained an artisan attitude and this is reflected in the care for each product, trying to exploit the high quality of the raw materials to have an excellent whiskey.
TASTE: Intense and always on cereal notes, with caramel and spices, dried fruit and vanilla.
AGING: Virgin American oak barrels.
