The entire production process and aging are certified according to the strict "Organic Standards". The benromach distillery has changed pace for some years, with a widespread distribution and a great job in promotion, together with a change of packaging and above all a study and a complete renewal of the production part, being able to count on a rare definition of internal processes . The organic and biological turning point is recent but we are sure that it will be followed by many other distilleries.
TASTE
Sweet with notes of vanilla and toffee, hints of green apple and orange peel with hints of resin.
AGING
American virgin oak barrels.
