This Single Malt Scotch Whisky is produced at Bunnahabhain's Islay distillery, where it was distilled in 1989; it is bottled in 2019 after 30 years of maturation, 4 of which spent in second-fill ex Sherry Oloroso barrels; finally it is bottled by Wilson & Morgan, an independent bottler, at the cask strength of 47.6% vol. This expression is part of the Wilson & Morgan Barrel Selection Special Releases and is limited to a production of 402 bottles.

TASTE: Citrus notes, with creamy malt that is replaced by a drier and more lively character, with a spiciness and delicately leathery and organic notes, evolving into a peppery finish with hints of licorice root.

AGING: Second-fill barrels of European oak ex Sherry Oloroso.
