Rendezvous Rye takes its name from the annual summer gathering of mountain men known as the "rendezvous".

Rendezvous Rye is the whisky flagship of the High West distillery. Almost all other Rye Whiskey commercially they are barely legal, with 51-53% rye in the must count. Rendezvous Rye celebrates how rye was made Whiskey with a high rye content and a full, uncompromising flavour. This is straight rye blend Whiskey aged between 4 and 7 years, the percentage of malted rye from High West gives a unique flavor profile.

TASTE: Spicy, with cinnamon, mint and fennel, sweetness of caramel, amaretto, cocoa and candied fruit; in the spicy finish with vanilla.

AGING: New charred American white oak barrels.
