Cask Orkney 15 Year Old AD Rattray is a whisky very special because it is the result of a careful selection by ADRattray, one of the most renowned independent bottlers in England with the availability of selecting the best barrels from the best distilleries. Also having space for an autonomous line, ADRattray has decided to create some new products, giving space to its creativity: a line of whisky from unknown distilleries, not mentioned on the label, but with the aim of best representing the areas of origin. In this case, with Cask Orkney 15 Year Old AD Rattray we are on the Orkney Islands, home to some well-known distilleries all over the world, with the positive and intense influence of the Atlantic Ocean just a stone's throw away, for whisky of great gustatory depth and capable of making anyone travel with their eyes closed to these coasts where the sea and the land meet and, often, collide.

TASTE: spicy, maritime and delicately smoky, citrus custard, iodine and black pepper

AGING: in ex bourbon barrels
