Cedar Ridge Iowa Bourbon is a whiskey American with a particular story, coming from the first distillery built in Iowa since Prohibition, i.e. the moment in which the production and consumption of alcoholic beverages was prohibited in the United States, although the situation of alcoholism has not undergone substantial changes, but rather it is exacerbated. Although today there is an availability of whisky coming from every corner of the world, Cedar Ridge has not given up on its dream of offering a whiskey 100% from Iowa and since 2005 Jeff Quint has decided to set up on his own and give life to a complicated project that is still today full of satisfactions.

Production started in 2010 and in just a few years Cedar Ridge's products reached shelves all over the world thanks to a high average quality - also due to craftsmanship - and a fair number of awards collected in just a few years. Cedar Ridge Iowa Bourbon is a mix of whisky of corn, whisky of rye and whisky of malt for a final result that will have many admirers and that will certainly amaze.

TASTE: Ripe fruit and caramel, vanilla pod and white pepper

AGING: Virgin American oak barrels.
