The independent bottler of whisky Wilson & Morgan was born in 1992 thanks to Fabio Rossi. The company's selection of products is very diverse, ranging from young people whisky malts aged up to 50 years, which are bottled at the ideal moment of maturation without cold filtration and without the addition of colourings.

Dailuaine 14 Year Old Sherry PX Finish Wilson & Morgan is a whisky single malt distilled in 2007 in Speyside at the Dailuaine distillery. In 2021 it is released by Wilson & Morgan after 14 years of maturation in Hogshead refill casks and 20 months of aging in ex Sherry Pedro Ximènez. The whisky it is bottled at the natural alcohol content of the cask of 53.9% vol for the "Cask Strength" range.

TASTE: Complex and intense, with notes of cereals and oak, beeswax; then sweet with tropical fruit and citrus fruits: in the finish it remains dry with vinous and spicy hints.

AGING: European oak barrels ex Sherry Pedro Ximenez.
