Don Papa MassKara is a rum from the Philippines that completes the range of rums of the Don Papa distillery. The Don Papa distillery was founded in 2011 close to the sugar cane plantations, in order to have the availability of raw material quality and within walking distance of the plant. The rest is done carefully, fermenting and then distilling the molasses with an eye for final quality. This Don Papa MassKara also has a small addition of Calamansi, or rather the infusion of this small citrus fruit typical of the Philippines to give peculiar and unprecedented notes for a rum of this kind. The refinement is at least three years in oak barrels.
